As CLEAR advances into the healthcare and financial sectors, they approached us with a dual challenge: to create 3D and 2D animated videos capturing their novel solution to patient identity management, and to generate captivating visuals for their HLTH conference debut. Without a pre-existing animated identity and minimal product storytelling, Explainly stepped in to define and develop a narrative and visual style that matched their brand and vision. The accompanying in-person environment screens were so successful in 2023 that they came back to us the following year in 2024 for even more.
These screens were even more complex, with the signature CLEAR dot moving between frames, following attendees as they walk through the main trade show hallway. They stated that a HLTH conference attendee shared that they weren't going to approach the CLEAR booth at first-- but upon seeing the animated screens, the cool animations sparked their interest and lead them to approach and ask questions about their offerings.
After completing our first stunning healthcare video and trade show deliverables to CLEAR, we continued the series with a new piece on Financial Services. For our second video, we were faced with the unique challenge of creating an additional video in the same style, but utilizing 2D animation instead of 3D animation. Our semi cel-shaded look of the 3D video made the challenge of changing mediums unique but absolutely achievable.
We re-employed the distinct style we developed for CLEAR's brand in our initial video to accentuate the competitive advantages of CLEAR Verified. This video is designed to captivate audiences from healthcare, finance, and digital marketplaces, drawing them in with its engaging content and compelling narrative.
